Celina Kretkowska-Adamowicz
Humanitarian worker with over 10 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, gained at international non-governmental organizations such as Polish Humanitarian Action, Intersos, and Save the Children. Has worked in demanding and volatile operational contexts, including Lebanon, Iraq, Somalia, and Kenya, where she was responsible for managing teams and large-scale, complex humanitarian projects.

Specializes in crisis management and crisis preparedness, with particular focus on building resilience of teams and organizations operating in high-risk environments. Combines a strategic approach with practical operational experience, focusing on solutions that genuinely strengthen organizational capacity to respond effectively in crisis situations.
Between 2022 and 2025, she was responsible for establishing and developing the Save the Children International country office in Poland, overseeing the creation of structures, teams, and operational systems in response to the humanitarian crisis.
Graduate of Queen Mary, University of London, in public policy, as well as the Center for Leadership – Leadership Academy of Poland (2024).
